Current MUS parents should go directly to the Apply Now button.
If you are new to the MUS family, we need to create an online account for you. When you click on the Apply Now button, click the Create Account link and fill out the form, click Next, and begin your application.
If you are an alumnus or married to an alumnus, we have created an MUS account for you already. Please click the Apply Now button, select the Forgot Your Login? link, enter your email address, and click both the username and password checkboxes. You will receive two emails, one with your new username and one with a password reset link.
If you have an existing MUS account and receive a message saying that your email address cannot be found, please fill out this form with updated information.

All applications must be completed by parents or legal guardians.
MUS admits students without regard to race, color, creed, or national or ethnic origin and seeks students with the potential for college studies. We offer need-based financial aid to qualified students.
Independent School Entrance Exams
We prefer that all candidates take the Independent School Entrance Exam in November or December. We will host the ISEE on Dec. 3. Click HERE for all test dates and locations.
