The goal of the Admissions Committee is to enroll young men with promising academic potential who will make positive contributions to the MUS community. An applicant's grades as indicated on the transcript from his current school, scores from the Independent School Entrance Examination (ISEE), and teacher evaluations are the primary factors our Admissions Committee considers in making an admission decision.

Other factors include an applicant's standing in his class, his extracurricular involvement, his perceived interest in MUS based on visits to campus and contact with our Admissions Office, the availability of space in the grade the applicant wishes to enter, and any other information the Admissions Committee deems relevant.

Our priority deadline for receiving applications is December 10. Applications received after this date will only be considered if spaces are available in the class the student wishes to enter.
