Don't Miss These College-Financing Events: March 19, 21
We are thrilled to announce two of the most important college financial-aid events we have ever offered. Save the evenings of March 19 and 21 and register quickly because space will be limited for these two supremely important financial-aid events:
Optimizing Your Eligibility: We will host a web-based presentation from Smart Track College Funding, Tuesday, March 19, 6-7:30 p.m., in Wunderlich Auditorium. These pros will teach you how to finance college, and, more important, how to maximize your aid eligibility. We encourage families with students in Grades 7-10 to attend this event. Register HERE today.
Understanding the Selection Process: Thursday, March 21, 6-7:30 p.m., in Hyde Chapel, we will host a financial-aid panel led by Mr. Brent Tener of Vanderbilt University and Ms. Anne Walker of Rice University. Tener is director of the Vanderbilt Office of Student Financial Aid and Scholarships, and Walker is Rice executive director of Financial Aid Services. The panel will teach parents how to anticipate, interpret, and understand the hidden complexities of financial-aid offers. Using case studies, they will explain different college financial aid methodologies. This panel event will support the strategic work you and we are doing while creating your college application lists. This event will be open to all independent schools. Register HERE.
