We have clarified a facility usage policy in the online version of our U Book. Please note that all guests must have permission or official agreements to use our campus facilities for teaching or training. The policy can be found on Page 61 of our online U Book.
It reads as follows:
CAMPUS FACILITY USAGE Campus facility use by students or parents during or after regular school hours must be approved by the appropriate teacher, coach, or administrator. If that usage involves the student being tutored, coached, or trained by a non-MUS employee, that person must have an agreement with the school.
Non-MUS employees are not allowed to use campus facilities to work with MUS students or non-MUS students without an agreement with the school. Students are not allowed to invite guests to use MUS facilities without permission of the appropriate teacher, coach, or administrator.
