Registration for 2018-19 Upper School classes will begin in February. Each student in Grades 8-11 will receive a registration form that he should complete in consultation with a parent and bring back to school with a parent’s signature. Next, each student will meet with a registration counselor to discuss and finalize course requests. Registration should conclude in April.
At the end of the second semester, teachers of grade levels 7-11 will review their course recommendations – for example, for mathematics, foreign language, and AP classes – and possibly revise selections based on the student’s success over the third and fourth quarters. The student’s schedule for next year will be updated accordingly. Final math recommendations will be stipulated on the Fourth-Quarter Report Card so that everyone will know which Summer Math Packet to complete. Packets will become available under the library section of our website toward the end of second semester. Student course schedules will be available at Book Sale in August.
