Swim Team Places 5th Out Of 46 Teams At State Meet

The swim team placed 5^th out of 46 teams competeing at the state meet this past weekend in Nashville, TN. Although a small but mighty team, the owls had several great performances led by seniors Ev Nichol and Warren Turner.  The 200 free relay team of Ethan Hurst, Ev Nichol, Warren Turner and Clarkson Shoaf placed 4^th. The 400 free relay team of Hurst, Nichol, Turner and Zion James finished 5^th. Turner placed 3^rd in the 100 fly finishing .15000 seconds behind the winner!! Turner also placed 4^th in the 50 free with a personal best  time. Ev Nichol also set a personal best and placed 4^th in 200 Free! Great night for these senior Owls!
