MUS Falls To MICDS

The best way to describe the MICDS lacrosse game last Thursday is following cliché: "revenge is a dish best served cold." MUS and MICDS have played five games against each other in the past six years, and MUS won all five of those games. Last Thursday was a different story. It was an MICDS story. It was a revenge game, and MICDS executed almost flawlessly on a cold, wet April day. It was also a good example to our younger players of what happens when years of hard work and opportunity meet.

We travel this weekend to participate in the Legacy Lacrosse Cup in Atlanta and will face off against some of Georgia’s finest teams: Centennial High School (11-4) from Roswell, Georgia and Lassiter High School (14-1) from Marietta, Georgia. We need a good week of practice, and I truly believe that our team will respond well to the adversity and rise to the challenge. Go, Owls!
