Reading Challenge, Hold Holiday Books

The Hyde Library Student Advisory Board is sponsoring a Reading Challenge for the second semester. Start reading books over Winter Break; if your homeroom wins the competition, every member will get a prize, and you can win in the individual category, too!
Books may be print, eBooks, audiobooks, graphic fiction, or nonfiction; the only requirement is that they be appropriate for Grades 7-12. (“The Very Hungry Caterpillar” won’t count.) The library will post a Microsoft Form on the Library Services Resource Board for you to complete as you finish each book. Happy holidays and happy reading!

Students may reserve library books for holiday reading by going to the Library Services Resource Board and clicking "Find and Check Out a Book." They may pick up their books after completing their last exam.

Also on the board are links and instructions for using downloadable eBooks and audiobooks from OverDrive, Axis 360, and Tales2Go. While you're making plans for the holidays, don't forget to read for fun!
