Transcript Requests

Official and Unofficial transcripts are available at no charge to all alumni and former students. Official transcripts include an authorized signature and a seal and are only issued to employers and institutions of higher learning. Unofficial transcripts can be sent directly to past students and alumni. Transcripts are sent via mail or email. Please complete the form provided to request a transcript. Be sure to include all requested information. Current students should see their college counselor to obtain transcripts.
