Opening Convocation

The first day of school starts with Opening Convocation (coat and tie required), followed by school picture-taking. Students should report to their homerooms by 8:10 a.m.
  • New to MUS Lower School students (Grades 7, 8) will have lunch and orientation activities; they will be dismissed at 3:15 p.m.
  • Returning eighth graders will be dismissed at 11:30 a.m.
  • Returning Upper School students (Grades 9, 10, 11, 12) will be dismissed at 11:30 a.m.
  • New to MUS Upper School students (Grades 9, 10. 11, 12) will eat lunch and have orientation activities; their day will end at 2:30 p.m.
