MUS sons, fathers, and mentors are invited to hear our 25th Metcalf Symposium guest, Dr. Anthony Bradley, speak on Masculinity, Boyhood, and Growing Up. We will provide pizza and drinks at 5:30 p.m. in the Dining Hall before Dr. Bradley takes the podium in Lower School's Dunavant Lecture Hall at 6 p.m.

Dr. Bradley serves as a distinguished research fellow at The Acton Institute and research professor of Interdisciplinary and Theological Studies at Kuyper College, Grand Rapids, Michigan. Author of a dozen books, he studies and writes on covenant theology, criminal justice reform, youth and family, poverty, education policy, social ethics, and race in America. The Metcalf Symposium features leading authorities from around the country who speak to students about the arts, economics, history, science, civic service, theology, and popular culture from a perspective consistent with the school’s Christian tradition. The campus community will hear Dr. Bradley’s Metcalf Symposium presentation during chapel Friday, February 9.
