Student-Produced “The Fortune,” April 14-16

Something is amiss at the home of the world’s greatest fortune cookies. For years customers have flocked to the Dragon restaurant to enjoy delightful predictions with a knack for coming true. But now the fortunes have taken a sinister turn, foretelling disaster, and, one by one, customers are dropping dead.
Detective Draco Holmes and reporter Susan Watson team up to solve a crime wave, but are they investigating murder or magic?

The Fortune by senior David Holmes, directed by senior Smith McWaters, opens Sunday, April 14, at 5 p.m. Additional performances are Monday, April 15, at 7 p.m., and Tuesday, April 16, at 7 p.m. Tickets are $15 for general admission and $10 for MUS students with their U Cards.
