The IT help desk has received a few reports of difficulty uploading assignments (files) within the onCampus academic portal. These issues have been reported to Blackbaud (the publisher of the site), and although technicians have not provided definitive solutions, they continue to troubleshoot the problem. We believe it may be the result of system overload, as other learning-management companies are having similar intermittent issues.
Following are some steps that may help:
Give it a few minutes (maybe even 20-30) and try again.
Try using a different web browser.
Check the speed of your home network HERE. A slow connection could be the cause of upload issues.
If you continue to have trouble submitting an assignment, you can email it to your teacher directly. Include in the email that the Technology Department is aware of your difficulty uploading files. Please do not start submitting all assignments via email; only use this as a last resort.
