Good Day For MUS Track Team

Very good day of competition. While not everyone set a PR we had some overall improvement in several areas. Probably the best thing I saw was that we had 24 different people score points for our team. That is really solid. In the field events we had 1st place finishes by Caleb Littlejohn in the high jump and Wyatt Solberg in the pole vault. On the track Noland Brown won the 110 hurdles and we won both the 4x100 relay (Jordan Helton, Vincent Perkins, Jackson Ransom, Clarkson Shoaf) and the 4x400 relay (Judson Fair, Sims Miller, Banks Benitone, Edwin Shy).
Our top point producer was 9th grader Will Skinner. Will ran his first 1600 of the season and finished 4th and then turned around and finished 2nd in the 800. Thanks to all the guys who have helped make our group stronger each week.
