Latin Perfection in Triplicate

Junior Varun Krishnamurthi achieved three perfect scores on the National Latin Exam – a feat only 26 students in the entire world can claim.
In achieving the trifecta, Krishnamurthi is joined by Latin scholars from the United States, Australia, Belgium, Belize, Canada, China, Denmark, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea, New Zealand, Russia, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, the United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.

The National Latin Exam is sponsored by the American Classical League and the National Junior Classical League. The exam is not seen as a competition rather as a way to celebrate students’ achievements.

Krishnamurthi will receive The Oxford Companion to Classical Civilization.
