Varsity Cross Country Competes in Chickasaw Trails Meet

The varsity cross country team traveled to Decatur, Alabama over the weekend to compete in the Chickasaw Trails Meet. The team placed 17th out of 46 teams competing in the large school race. Top five runners for MUS were:  Hastings McEwan, Mason Love, Ben Freeman, Alex Warr, and Max White. Hastings McEwan ran a personal best and placed in the top 20 out of 400 plus runners! 
 
The JV cross country team ran in the small schools varsity race at the Chickasaw Trails Invitational and finished in 22nd place out of 35 teams.  Top five runners for MUS were:  Duncan McLean, McKee Whittemore, Hudson Miller, Edwin Rawson, and Elijah Graham.
