Gatere Breaks School Record As Owls Win Meet 3

A great night tonight for the MUS Track and Field team. The Owls came in 1st place out of 12 strong teams. Pole Vault- Harry Alexander came in 1st and Hunter Fair came in 2nd 1600- Carter Wildrick came in 3rd 110 Hurdles- Gavin Gatere came in 2nd and McEwen Taylor came in 4th 800- Palmer Hinote came in 2nd Gavin Gatere shattered the discus record with a throw of 164-2, breaking the previous mark of 162-3 set by Haynes McBride all the way back in 1969.
