Summer Reading Mastery courses will help you knock out your Summer Reading Assignment in style. All grades have an assignment – why not sign up so you can complete this important task over the break? The first set of sessions runs June 2-18, 20. The second set of sessions runs July 7-25.

Successfully completing the course (and passing the Summer Reading quizzes and tests on any book studied in the class) will satisfy the summer reading requirement for students enrolled in MUS; these students will be exempt from the Summer Reading tests required of all other students in the fall.
 
Students (whether via summer courses or reading on their own and taking the fall test) will earn or lose first-quarter points in the following way:

B to A (85-100) = +3
C to B (75-84) = +2
C- to C (70-74) = -2
F to D (0-69) = -6
