• MUS Tennis Wins Region Individual Tournament

  It was an all MUS final in both the singles and doubles finals of the TSSAA Div IIAA Tennis West Region Individual Tournament. Samuel Schroerlecke defeated Aidan Lightman in singles and the team of Bo Schroerlucke and Cole Evans defeated Gabe Ungab and Will Knighton to win doubles.

   

  The team heads into region team championships next week and will host McCallie.

• MUS Tennis Dominates Season Opener

  The varsity tennis team kicked off the season with big win over Madison Central on Tuesday afternoon. The Owls dominated the courts going 6-1 on the day. On doubles, Will Knighton, Gabe Ungab, Cole Evans, Bo Schroerlucke, Samuel Schroerlucke all picked up wins 
  Singles:
  Samuel Schroerlucke won 6-1, 6-2
  Gabe Ungab lost 6-8
  Aidan Lightman won 7-5, 6-7(6), 10-4
  Will Knighton won 8-0
  Bo Schroerlucke won 8-0
  Cole Evans won 6-0, 6-4
  Doubles:
  S. Schroerlucke/Lightman won 6-3
  Ungab/Knighton won 6-2
  B. Schroerlucke/Evans won 6-4
